Tom founded Alternative Risk Resources, LLC in order to bring the unique advantages of captive insurance to companies in the Midwest. He has an excellent reputation for providing valuable expertise and insight to clients in this specialized market.

Tom’s background includes 30 years of risk management and brokerage experience. He was

Senior Vice President of Rollins Burdick Hunter (AON), which specializes in servicing the needs of large and upper/middle market national and international accounts. Previously, Tom was Risk and Insurance Manager for Clark Oil & Refining Company, a Fortune 500 fully-integrated oil company with worldwide exposures. While there, he designed and implemented alternative non-traditional loss funding mechanisms for dealing with complex international risks. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
