Kate provides expert guidance to mid- and large-size companies seeking alternatives to traditional property and casualty insurance. She joined Alternative Risk Resources in 1997, bringing more than 20 years of experience. She has held marketing positions with Continental Insurance Company in Kentucky and Illinois, and with St. Paul Travelers in Wisconsin. Kate also held the position of Vice President for Associations and Trade Groups with a large regional insurance broker in Wisconsin.

Kate has been active in her field and recognized for her accomplishments. She is a Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Milwaukee and received the Insurance Company Representative of the Year award from the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin. Kate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Marquette University.
