Tom founded Alternative Risk Resources, LLC in order to bring the unique advantages of captive insurance to companies in the Midwest. He has an excellent reputation for providing valuable expertise and insight to clients in this specialized market.

Tom’s background includes 30 years of risk management and brokerage experience. He was

Senior Vice President of Rollins Burdick Hunter (AON), which specializes in servicing the needs of large and upper/middle market national and international accounts. Previously, Tom was Risk and Insurance Manager for Clark Oil & Refining Company, a Fortune 500 fully-integrated oil company with worldwide exposures. While there, he designed and implemented alternative non-traditional loss funding mechanisms for dealing with complex international risks. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Kathleen K. Myers

Kate provides expert guidance to mid- and large-size companies seeking alternatives to traditional property and casualty insurance. She joined Alternative Risk Resources in 1997, bringing with her more than 20 years of insurance and business experience. She has held marketing and sales positions with Continental Insurance Company in Kentucky and Illinois, the St. Paul Companies, and a large regional insurance company in the Milwaukee area.

Kate has been active in her field and recognized for her accomplishments. She was the Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Milwaukee and received the Insurance Company Representative of the Year award from the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin. Kate has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Marquette University.

Michael C. Wosick, CPCU, CRM

Sean C. Doyle

Sean focuses on providing sales and brokerage services for the captive insurance programs offered by Alternative Risk Resources. He joined the firm in 1998, bringing with him more than five years of experience meeting the insurance and claims handling needs of Midwest corporations. Previously, Sean was the outside claims adjuster for Tri-County Claims Service, Inc., a Chicago-based independent adjusting firm specializing in mid- and large-market property and casualty claims investigation and settlement. The companies he represented included Reliance National, Allstate, EMC, and GRE, as well as numerous law firms and self-insureds, such as the City of Chicago.

Sean has a BA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a claims specialist certificate from Vale Tech in Pennsylvania.
